The house is just a 20-25 minute walk to the Station and Woking town centre but is in a quiet residential road with unrestricted parking. Ideally located for McLaren which is a 6 min drive, 10 min cycle or 20 min walk to the free shuttle.

To help all those working from home we have recently updated the broadband from residential to Virginmedia Business to provide even faster connection speeds (all rooms have ethernet ports).

The beautiful private garden is ideal for relaxing in or enjoying the odd bar-b-q and has a locked bike shed at the end with side access.

Landlord - Cath Cuin

Following on from a career in medical communications and then teaching, my husband Mike and I set up Mica Developments Limited 5 years ago. Our aim was to provide high quality accommodation for young professionals. 

Many of our house mates are new to the area having moved for their first or second 'proper job'. They therefore really appreciate living in a house that is well maintained with like-minded people who often become lasting friends. My role in choosing compatible house mates is therefore vitally important. When a house mate tells me they are moving on to buy a flat with another house mate, it is disappointing, but it shows my matching was spot on!
