There are two newly refurbished bathrooms, they are fully tiled and have quality fittings. With only four housemates you would share with just one other person and our lovely cleaner cleans both bathrooms each week.
 
The house is in a great location, quiet road, less than 2 miles to Guildford train station, walking distance to the hospital, research park and university, off road parking, bus stop nearby plus we have a bike storage shed.
 
The house has a fully equipped modern kitchen including all cooking equipment for your use with a breakfast bar and stools leading to a sociable living room with two leather sofas, a table and chairs and a wall mounted smart TV.
 
The patio doors lead to a sunny garden with a BBQ, loungers, table and chairs for you to enjoy, plus there is a swing seat to relax on after work and a shed at the bottom of the garden store your bike if you have one.
 
The house benefits from super-fast Virgin broadband with the V6 Tivo box and for your added enjoyment there are Ethernet sockets in all bedrooms along with two TV aerials, everything you need to stay connected!
 
This is a professionally run fully serviced house share with all bills included, plus weekly cleaning of communal areas, window cleaning, gardening service a high standard of fire safety and gas and electric certification.
