All Surrey shared homes feature....
All bills included

By all bills, we mean all bills with no nasty extras.This includes electricity, gas, water, council tax, tv licence, high speed broadband, weekly cleaner and gardener.
Weekly cleaning
​
Each Surrey Shared Home has a regular weekly cleaner for all shared areas and if you wanted they can also clean your room by private arrangement. This keeps the house in great condition and saves you time. The garden is looked after by a bi-weekly gardener in the summer months.
Safe and secure
​
All rooms have fire doors with closures, smoke alarms and heat sensors in the kitchen. Gas appliances are checked annually and we carry out quarterly checks to ensure nothing is allowed to slip. All houses are fully licenced. To keep your money safe we use the Deposit Protection Scheme for all deposits
Selected housemates
​
Each of the landlords within Surrey Shared Homes has its own housemate policy but all are very careful to select housemates that will fit in and get on with those in the house. We reference and interview all our potential housemates before offering them a room.
High quality

Surrey Shared Homes have all been renovated and refurbished to provide high quality accommodation with extra touches like wired internet in every room and an abundance of bathrooms.
